高效短壁开采极不规则边角煤技术研究

Research and application on the conditions of extremely irregular boundary coal with the high efficient short-wall mining

摘要: 基于“旺格维利”采煤法,提出了极不规则形状条件下的边角煤连续采煤机短壁机械化开采方法,优化并解决主运输、电缆收放、采硐通风以及行走支架等工艺技术在现场应用中存在的问题,研究结果表明:采用刮板输送机作为连运系统长距离运输〖DK〗(>120m〖DK〗)辅助设备、将胶带刚性架移动方式变滑动为滚动等方法优化主运输工艺后,单月掘进进尺由192m提高至363.5m;选择合理支护阻力的行走支架,采用贴顶带压移动方式,对破碎顶板进行有效不间断临时支护,实现安全作业;将人工收放电缆改为单轨吊式,降低了电缆故障率,提高了生产效率;采用连续采煤机自带集尘风箱产生负压作用,形成采硐风流,可以大大改善采硐内通风环境。

Abstract: Based on “wongawilli ” coal mining method, raises a mechanized mining method of short-wall on the condition of extremely irregularly shape coal in continuous miner, and optimize the the processes of main transportation, cable technology, boardroom Ventilation and pedrail powered supports. The results of the study showed that:1)after the method of as Scraper conveyor transport auxiliary equipment of continuous transport in long distance (> 120 m) and change the move way of Belt rigid frame slide to roll, Single monthly footage raised from 192 meters to 363.5meters;2)pedrail powered support with the reasonable support resistanc can be moved with pressure and carry out effective uninterrupted temporary support for broken roof, Realize the safe operation;3) the artificial cable retracting instead to monorail type cable, reduce failure rate, improve the production efficiency;4)Negative pressure by continuous miner with dust bellows produce,formation of mining tunnel airflow, Can greatly improve the tunnel ventilation environment .
